The demolition of the commercial – industrial McArthur Dairy cold storage building and distribution center in West Palm Beach Florida was a large undertaking. Our demolition process starts with pre-demolition, in which we remove and separate items from the building to optimize recycling of the materials. It takes some extra work, but is much more environmentally friendly. We were able to RECYCLE OVER 95% of the building through strategic pre-demolition and sorting.
